The mission of NORWESCAP is to strengthen communities by creating opportunities that impact poverty. Blessed Beginnings Preschool partnered with NORWESCAP to bring educational opportunities to parents of their students and their faculty. Dr. Koss shared insights regarding early childhood development and the impact of adverse childhood events. She reviewed positive behavioral interventions to address disruptive behaviors at home and in the classroom.
