Women as Physician Leaders

The last few decades have seen an increase in the total number of women physicians. Despite their increasing numbers, women are underrepresented in leadership roles and face challenges in professional advancement including academics and organizational leadership. Debra Koss, MD will join Rash Aggarwal, MD and Linda Chuang, MD for a panel discussion exploring pathways to success  in academic careers and organizational leadership. Participants will be invited to discuss possible solutions in order to advance gender equity.
